In-person group, meeting every Tuesday 10am to 1pm The group was established for those in the community living with mental health symptoms of anxiety, depression, along with mental health conditions, but not exclusively. Others who are working full time; those living alone, or have other health conditions; such as MS also find the group beneficial.
There is plenty of time available for deep listening and holding space; and still have a cuppa.
Fridays at 10am is a support group on Zoom (online), this runs all year round.
